Documents Needed To Process Your Refund
In order for us to prepare your taxes, we will need you to provide us with the following documents.
- Photo proof of Identity (Drivers License or Passport)
- Social Security Cards for taxpayer, spouse, and all dependents
- All W2s, 1095, 1098, and 1099 forms
- Childcare provider’s idenification number
- Taxpayer’s banking information or a vaild mailing address
- Estimated tax payments
- Amounts of other income
- Last year’s tax return, if applicable
